Jessica is an internationally certified yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours teaching public and private classes in yoga studios, gyms, and virtually online since 2017. She primarily teaches gentle, yin, and slow flow hatha/vinyasa styles of yoga, which allows access to students of all levels and ages. Jessica leads her classes with emphasis on the breath in stillness and movement in support of mind-body awareness and release.
